Dr. Spigel is Clinical Assistant Professor at University of New Mexico School of Medicine. He has privileges at Dan C. Trigg Memorial Center, Espanola Hospital, Kaseman-Presbyterian Hospital, Lincoln County Medical Center, Plains Regional Medical Center, Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Rust Medical Center, Sandoval Regional Medical Center, Santa Fe Medical Socorro General Hospital, and the University of New Mexico Hospital.  Dr. Spigel also has privileges at Lovelace Medical Center, Lovelace Westside Hospital, Lovelace Women’s Hospital, Lovelace Roswell Hospital, and The Heart Hospital.

Current Administrative Activities:
Dr. Spigel is former president of PAA.  He is medical director of Lincoln County Medical Center (LCMC) and TriCore Reference Laboratories’ Branch Labs for Belen, NM . He is on several Board, Quality, Clinical, Anatomical and Professional Activities Committees for Tricore Reference Laboratories and Presbyterian Healthcare Services and is a member of The College of American Pathology.
