Trigg Memorial Center, Espanola Hospital, Kaseman-Presbyterian Hospital, Lincoln County Medical Center, Plains Regional Medical Center, Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Rust Medical Center, Sandoval Regional Medical Center, Santa Fe Medical Socorro General Hospital, and the University of New Mexico Hospital. Dr. Spigel also has privileges at Lovelace Medical Center, Lovelace Westside Hospital, Lovelace Women’s Hospital, Lovelace Roswell Hospital, and The Heart Hospital.

He is on several Board, Quality, Clinical, Anatomical and Professional Activities Committees for Tricore Reference Laboratories and Presbyterian Healthcare Services and is a member of The College of American Pathology.
