ANATOMIC/SURGICAL PATHOLOGIST POSITION (Partner track)

Pathology Associates of Albuquerque (PAA), a private practice in New Mexico, processing approximately 65,000 surgical specimens per year, is affiliated with Presbyterian Healthcare Services, TriCore Reference Laboratories, and the UNM School of Medicine.

We are seeking a fellowship trained AP/CP pathologist for a fulltime/partnership track position. Candidates must possess or be eligible for a New Mexico Medical license and be board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. The ideal candidate will have pathology subspecialty training (Bone and Soft Tissue, Breast, Head and Neck, Genitourinary, Gynecologic, or another subspecialty). The candidate should have a focus on diagnostic excellence performing at the highest standards of a major pathology practice. Candidates will participate in case sign out, interact with physicians, residents, fellows, and participate in tumor board/breast conferences. Possibility of CLIA medical directorships.

PAA works with a rich, robust volume of caseloads and clinicians throughout New Mexico. Our members are eligible for academic appointments at the University of New Mexico SOM.
