Dr. Mahmoud is an active member of The College of American Pathologists. He is New Mexico’s Commissioner for The CAP Laboratory Accreditation Program and serves on The CAP Checklist Committee. He is medical director of Socorro General Hospital, Ladera/Atrisco and Isleta/Rio Bravo Branch Laboratories.
